Objective
The student is able to
- assess and develop their competence and health promotion expertise in their chosen practice placement environment
- assess and develop their interaction skills and care relationship with different client groups in demanding client situations, promoting clients' agency and participation
- analyse the client care, service and work community's operating methods from the perspective of the effectiveness, safety, quality and cost-effectiveness of the care
- assess health promotion from the perspective of ecological, economic and social sustainable development
- analyse factors affecting their well-being at work and resources and promote their own well-being at work
- assess and describe their competence and identify competence needs in a multidisciplinary network that meet the needs of a changing society
