The student is able to
?utilise evidence-based information in decision-making and in nursing care
plan and document the care of a client/patient as a whole and to implement and evaluate the care within basic nursing interventions.
comply with the requirements of data protection and data security in nursing
describe and implement the principles of aseptic technique and the prevention of infections
understand the principles of pharmacotherapy, it's safe planning and drug administration via different administration routes and the significance of the evaluation of pharmacotherapy
understand the basics of nutrition and nutritional care
recognise factors that promote and threaten safety at work and adopts ergonomic working methods in his or her work
perform first aid and is familiar with the system of health care in exceptional circumstances
collect basic laboratory samples and identify laboratory values that deviate from the norm
