Objective

The student is able to
- apply the marketing mix model in service business
- estimate customer needs and choose the right marketing procedures for different segments
- categorize the different phases of a customer relationship

Content

The purpose of this course is that the student will be become familiar with core marketing theories, concepts and practices. During the course e.g. following areas will be covered:
- understanding the core concepts and evolution of marketing
- customer behavior, creating customer value
- marketing mix (7Ps)
- designing a customer driven marketing plan
