Clinical Specialist in Nursing (5cr)

Objective

The student is able to:
- plan, carry out and assess his/her work methods according to current guidelines, recommendations and competence-based knowledge
- observe development needs in nursing and plan, carry out and assess development measures
- develop his/her work,working community and field reflectively and multi-professionally, taking into consideration different actors.
- create a cooperative relationship, based on reciprocity and partnership, to support patients and clients
- assess the functionality and effectivity of different nursing and guidance procedures
- act in the role of a nursing specialist in demanding medicinal care and patient guidance in medicinal care
