Tavoitteet

The students will be able to
analyse patient care, the service given and working practices in the work community in terms of effectiveness of care, safety, operative quality and cost effectiveness
develop continuously their expertise and competence and actively make these available to the work community
manage their own activities and make proposals for improving the functioning of the team
promote goal-oriented work, well-being of the community, and team spirit using good community working skills
act professionally and work effectively in the work community and innovation projects
