Objective

The student is able to
- design, carry out and assess customer-oriented, change-focused service processes
- apply and assess the theoretical work orientations and methods in social work
- engage in professional critical reflection and analyse the social structures and processes creating underprivileged groups
- support the inclusion of socially marginalised groups and communities
