Objective

The student is able to
- define social security and well-being service systems in the public, private and third sectors
- guide customers to the appropriate services and coordinate services on a needs basis
- work actively as a social-services expert in multidisciplinary cooperation
- assess customer work and document it from a customer-oriented perspective
