German 2 (3cr)

Objective

The student is able to
- use basic structures and vocabulary of the language
- communicate in the target language in fairly simple situations
- write simple, targeted messages
- recognise typical cultural characteristics of the areas where the language is spoken
- talk about family, leisure time, hobbies, living
- give and ask for directions as a tourist, act in accomodation situations, buy a ticket
- act in simple customer service situations; shop, restaurant, buying concert tickets
- communicate in German at the A1.2 level in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
