The student is able to
- recognize and outline various theoretical work orientations and working methods in client work
- use and apply social pedagogical, sociocultural and psychosocial methods and tools to support individuals, families and groups in different life stages
- manage the process of methodical and goal-oriented client work
- evaluate and document client work

Teema 1. Perinteet ja teoreettiset suuntaukset; verkkotentti/yksilö 2.5 op (arviointi 0-5)
Teema 2. Työmenetelmiä; Työmenetelmien esittely Learning cafessa /ryhmä 1 op ja Digitarinan tekeminen /yksilö 1 op (arviointi hyv/hyl)
Teema 3. Työmenetelmiä; Esseen kirjoittaminen /ryhmä 3.0 op (arviointi 0-5) ja lukupiirissä työskentely /ryhmä 1 op (arviointi hyv/hyl)
Teema 4. Asiakasprosessi ja dokumentointi; kooste dokumentoinnin haasteista /yksilö 1.5 op (arviointi 0-5)
