Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- design, carry out and assess customer-oriented, change-focused service processes
- apply and assess the theoretical work orientations and methods in social work
- engage in professional critical reflection and analyse the social structures and processes creating underprivileged groups

Teaching methods
Opintojakso toteutetaan verkossa ajalla 1.9.-15.11.2021.
Opintojakso muodostuu oppimistehtävistä, joita käsitellään ohjauskerrolla
Aloituskerta on 1.9. klo 9-11, minkä lisäksi ohjauskertoja on 5.10 ja 8.11.
