At the beginning of their studies, all students take initial tests in mathematics. The initial test may only be completed once. The test is used to check the students' starting level before beginning the studies in mathematical applications. Students who fail the initial test must take preparatory studies in mathematics at the start of their studies. Having passed the preparatory studies, students obtain credits for inclusion in elective studies.
