Objective
The student is able to
- describe and analyse different accommodation types and concepts
- explain and develop accommodation operations, functions, and services
- describe front-line and back-office operations
- explain managerial procedures in accommodation business and develop organisation
- explain human resource management roles and practices in accommodation business
- apply revenue management principles in accommodation business
