Objective
The student is able to
- understand the concepts and principles of contract law and liability law
- identify the key contractual risks and to prevent problems associated with the contractual system
- draw up the necessary basic contracts needed in business operations
- understand particular issues related to real estate
- access the consequences for damages and breach of contract
