Teachin methods

Opinnoille ei voi ilmoittautua. Toteutus on luotu teknisistä syistä. Toteutukselle siirretään niiden opiskelijoiden englannin suoritukset, jotka ovat englannin opettajan puollosta ja opintopäällikön toimesta saaneet vapautuksen ydinopintoihin kuuluvasta englannin opinnoista.

Vapautuksen edellytyksenä on, että opiskelija on osallistunut ydinopintoihin kuuluvalle englannin
opinnolle
lläsnäolovelvoitteiden mukaisesti, on tehnyt testit ja tehtävät, on yrittänyt tehdä suullisen ja kirjallisen tentin, mutta ei ole saavuttanut hyväksyttyä arvosanaa.

Further information

The study unit is graded H (pass) if the student has failed to complete the English studies included in their degree and for this reason has been granted exemption from the study unit in question.

The student will not receive any mark in their degree certificate of oral and written skills in the degree programme's compulsory foreign language (English) which is necessary for the practice of a profession and professional development.

Objective

The student is able to
- communicate about themselves, their education and work experience in English in an understandable manner
- use at least some English-language terminology used in their own professional field
