Tavoitteet
Student is able to:
- examine the legal and ethical considerations surrounding the utilization of artificial intelligence.
- scrutinize the legal and ethical aspects and possibilities related to the aspects and possibilities related to the deployment of artificial intelligence, emphasizing its responsible and ethical application in fair data economy.
- examine how AI may affect intellectual property protection in R&D activities. Explore what kinds of AI related aspects should be incorporated in operational policies of a technology organisation.
- explore and analyse possible ways to ensure compliant use of AI in open source context
