Hygieniapassin voi suorittaa A9467 Laatu ravitsemispalveluissa-opintojaksolla Leppävaaran kampuksella. Suorituspäivämäärät ilmoitetaan kurssin opiskelijoille aina meneillään olevan toteutuksen toteutussuunnitelmassa.

- Self-supervision based on the principles of the HACCP concept (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
